Hello! At Sipit we believe in a transparent and fair relationship with all our customers – and our return policy should be as clear as a glass of sparkling water. Here's everything you need to know if you want to return products purchased from sipit.ro.
1. Right of return. How much time do you have?
According to the legislation in force (OGO 34/2014), any individual customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, without providing any justification.
- If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can no longer process the return.
- Legal entities do not legally benefit from the right of withdrawal, but if you have a real problem, write to us anyway - we try to be flexible.
2. How do you return? Fast and without complications
It's simple: all you have to do is send us an email to hello@sipit.ro with the subject "Order return [your order number]".
In the email please include:

the name you placed the order under,
-
order number,
-
the product(s) you wish to return,
-
possibly the reason (not mandatory, but your feedback helps us to be better!).
After we receive your request, we will quickly email you the steps to follow for the return (address, any packaging details).
3. Conditions for accepting returns
We can accept the return if:
-
the product is sealed , unconsumed, in its original packaging and shows no signs of damage caused by the customer;
-
all accessories/documents received upon delivery are included in the return.
We cannot accept returns for:
-
unsealed, consumed products, with broken packaging or damaged due to the customer's fault;
-
products that can no longer be marketed as new, according to the law and food hygiene regulations.
If you received the wrong, defective or damaged products due to our fault, the cost of return and replacement is fully borne by Sipit and you will receive either a refund or new products, as preferred.
4. Costs and reimbursement

The cost of return shipping is, by law, borne by you, except in cases where we made a mistake or the product is defective.

The refund of the value of the returned products is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt and verification of the package by our team.

The refund is made through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Legal exceptions
There are several situations, clearly regulated by law, in which products cannot be returned:

sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (opened, unopened drinks, etc.);
-
products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
If you have any doubts, ask us at hello@sipit.ro before opening the package!
6. Do you want to complain or solve a problem quickly?
We believe in direct dialogue and resolve any issue promptly. Write to us at hello@sipit.ro and we promise to get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
